OUR STORY

Placer Academy Charter (formerly Harvest Ridge Placer Academy) is a TK-6 program serving students from Rocklin, Lincoln, Roseville, and the surrounding areas. We began as a dependent charter school chartered through Newcastle Elementary School District (NESD) in 2013 under Harvest Ridge Cooperative Charter School. Placer Academy made the choice to become an independent charter in 2018 and chartered under Rocklin Unified School District. With a thriving academic program, we have continued to maintain a vibrant tight-knit community of learners. We invite you to become part of this community, too!
